Limited Column Pivot Table Detail Sheets

Hi All,

How do I prevent limit certain columns from populating after you double click on a pivot table number?

I need the data to create calculated fields in the pivot table as well as to create slicers but when the double click happens I only need like 5 out of 10 columns for the detail. Does anyone know how I can get this done?
