Creating a rule + Color Coding
Column A: Job Title
Column B: Name
Column C: Section/Department
Column D: X Mandatory Training

Column K: X Mandatory Training
I want to be able to fill out the exact day the employee completed X Mandatory Training online, but I want to be able to format it so that:
Green = Complete
Light Green = 90-61 Days (before that online training expires)
Yellow = 60-31 Days
Red = 30 days or less (which means that you must complete the training or you will be overdue).
The assumption is that every online training is valid for just 1 yr.
