TW:Blood; What’s wrong with my lady?

I just got back from rehoming my roo, went to check on my ladies, and I noticed my GLW was pecking her vent. Upon further inspection, I realized it was bleeding and dripping some kind of substance. Any idea why/what this could be? I’m still pretty new in the chicken department, so this is my first issue.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but she’s my only lady who has yet to lay as well. She’s around 6-7 months old. It’s also hard to get close to her as she’s the wildest of the bunch and always runs (her name is literally Roadrunner). I don’t have a vet or anything for them currently, so should I start looking for one? Or is this normal in any way? I know sometimes when hens lay there can be blood, but idk about this. Any info is helpful, and thanks in advance.
