Spacing lines with a non fixed spacing

Hi there,

I didn't know how to make the title clearer, but I think the image will help understand.

I got in column B a list of mondays' dates. Column C is the spacing I want between each monday.

The result I want is actually column E, but here I did it manually : I want the spacing to depend on column C.

I am not sure how to address this issue, any help would be appreciated.
