Formula to check if a Value was returned in column array

Title may not be best explanation.

I have 23 columns each checking if a different scenario has occurred. If it hasn’t it returns “N/A” if it has then it returns a dollar amount.

Now what I want to do is have 1 cell that checks the 23 columns and says “if all 23=N/A then N/A, if one has a dollar amount then return the dollar amount”

It’s impossible for more than one of the 23 results to show a dollar amount at a time.

What formula can solve for this?
