Men's winter jacket that is ethically sourced and does not contain any synthetic materials whatsoever

I am trying to find a winter jacket for my boyfriend (anniversary gift) but i am having a hard time because this one from overland is perfect but their ethical practices are unclear to say the least. Both him and i value clothing that does not contain synthetic fibers and is not made with natural materials (like leather)that were sourced in an unethical manner. (Basically UGG v Bearpaw) The goal is to find a black leon kennedy inspired winter jacket with a thick natural lining and hood. I have searched for over and hour now and am feeling a bit hopeless. I have expressed this issue with him already but this is a last ditch effort to see if someone could help.
