I made a simple Excel template to track production incidents – feedback welcome (free lite version)

Hi all,

I built a simple Excel tracker to log production incidents because issues in our team were getting lost in chats and emails, and reviews became messy.

It includes:

- Incident log with dropdowns (Environment, Type, Severity, Status)

- Yes/No fields for consistency

- Clean, simple layout
