Is it possible to export the data from the spreadsheet to the schedule table without having to copy and paste manually?

So I have this spreadsheet with blocks and units, I gotta fill a table with them (a schedule where every unit has a time for it). Am I able to export the data to the table without having to copy and paste by hand?
