UPDATE: She made it!

Almost 5 weeks ago I posted the second picture regarding my hen breaking her femur. I had no idea what I was going to do. Or what to do. As I said then, I dont have the option of an avian vet. The vets around here don't treat chickens. Thank you to everybody that helped and gave suggestions and great advice.

Look under the coop. Thats my broken girl! Donatella is still separated bc the leg is very weak. She can walk, heavily limping. Idk if she could defend herself w the flock rn, but for today she's in the sunshine and she's with her flock again!
