Excel to PDF: Text Lines Being Cut Off at Page Breaks - How to Fix?
I'm having an issue with page breaks in Excel cutting off text lines when exporting to PDF, and I'm hoping someone can help me solve this.
The Problem:
When I create page breaks in my Excel document (manually or automatically), individual text lines are being split/cut off at the page break instead of moving to the next page as a complete line. This results in half of a text line appearing at the bottom of one page and the other half at the top of the next page, making the PDF look unprofessional and difficult to read.
My Setup:
• Font: Arial 10 • Row height: 12.75 points • Using text wrapping in cells What I've tried:
Manually adjusting the page breaks, but the text still gets cut off mid-line.
My Questions:
1. How can I ensure clean page breaks that don't split individual lines of text? 2. Is there a setting or formula to automatically prevent text from being cut off at page breaks? 3. When manually moving page breaks, how can I make sure entire rows/text lines stay together? [link] [comments]
