How to make a drop down list that each item in that list has their own drop down list?

Hey folks im writing a spreadsheet and i need to create a drop down list with mulitple options to select from and each of the items must have their own drop down list to select from. For example: [Drop down list] X [X1] [X2] [X3] Y [Y1] [Y2] [Y3] Z [Z1] [Z2] [Z3]

All of this is for a single cell. Is there anyway to make something like this?
