Is it possible to add values in between an already created list of values and have it dynamically put the values in between and the ones above it automatically go up in value?

The title is very confusion, I apologise for it

I'm basically doing an excel dynamic table of videogames to keep a track of games I have played

The way I made the dynamic table by columns was: "name (of the videogame)", "year of release", franchise" and other stuff not important for this post. Unfortunately, I forgot to make a column of games as I added them when I remembered them, so one day I accidentally saved when sorting by year

So originally I had it:

  • Every mario game in order of release

  • Every Zelda game in order of release

  • Every Castlevania game in order of release

And so forth

But now no sorting option will let me have it the way I used to have (Mario is not the first in alphabetic order, if I sort by year then the franchises are intertwined, Mario Bros is not first in frachise alphabetical order, etc.), so I'm willing to make another column and add a value for each videogame franchise sorted by the year of release of the first videogame of said franchise

For example, each Mario game will have on the respective rows a value between 1-20 because there are 20 mario games, Zelda a value of say between 21-31, Castlevania a value of 32-50 and so forth

But then I remembered that I don't have, in fact, every game in the excel, so let's say I one day remembere the metroid videogames, and let's imagine that it came in between the first Zelda and the first Castlevania, meaning that now Metroid franchise would have values of 32-40, and now Castlevania would need to have values of 40-58, and the main issue is that I have like another 30 franchises already on the list, so I would manually have get the values up everytime I add another videogame, so I was wondering if there's an automatic way to do it
