Are they selling USED lipstick?! 🤮

WTF 😬 I purchased a Maybellene Lipstick from clearance and was SHOCKED to see the seal was already broken. I returned it and then found all these lipsticks in clearance, also with broken seals.

I went back the next day to find the red lipstick I returned was back on the shelf! (Pic 2)
