Chicken Making Honking Sound

One of my boss’s chickens started making a honking sound when I went out to feed them this afternoon. I saw her sneeze once but she’d been sounding weird since I’ve been out here. I grabbed her to check her over and she let out some watery poop. She seems fine otherwise (eating normally, color’s good). Google says it could be a blockage or a respiratory infection but I’d rather I’d confirm with actual people than AI. Is there anything I can do to help her feel better?
