First time going to broadway! Is this outfit okay?

Ugh I'm sorry for my dusty floor, im going to clean after im done trying this outfit on. But I was wondering if you guys find this outfit cute? I want to look my best when I go to broadway but I'm not sure if the tights are too much. Or if the dress just doesn't work for the occasion. I will be getting a different bra if this outfit does work. I know its peeking in the picture.
