Determining dates of edits and by who for an Excel spreadsheet used from 2011 to 2017

I’ve been provided with an excel spreadsheet that was used from 2011 to 2017. I’m hoping there’s a way to find a list of when edits were made and by who. The only thing I can find with my limited ability is under Properties it shows when Last Modified. My Google searches suggests that the dates of the edits and who edited can’t be determined from this older version of excel but if any experts can advise differently that’d be very much appreciated
