Adding Continuously running calculation

Hello, I am hoping someone could help me. It has been a while since I have use Excel and I am in need of a formula. I want to create a continuously adding formula where under Running Total it would should be a amount as I keep entering number under AMOUNT. Then under Grand Total, the amount totaling. I was hoping the formula on the RUNNING TOTAL not do give me REF# error when deleting a column. Is this possible? There is going to be an an non stop column adding as this Excel is going to assist with keeping tracking. The current creation is a rough draft but the formula would be the same.
