Is Target trying to go out of business?
I hate that they removed all the self-checkouts, but whatever. I can go back to cashiers like we all used to... Except they replaced about 20 self-checkouts with 3 manned sections with 2-3 registers, and 1 person actually at each group of registers. The lines were so crazy I just went and put my stuff back on the shelves and left.
I suppose you could say that the lines are proof that they're still making money, but I'm not sure that's the case. That's a whole store's worth of people being jammed into 3 registers and I don't think people will stomach a 20 minute wait for long.
