Help please - assigned name to task randomly

Hi everyone, I need help.

So i have a list of name and repeat

Name Repeat

Ann 2

Mike. 4

Sam. 5

I also have another list which has the different types of task each person can be assigned too.

Task2

Task3

Task4

(And so on)

I want to create a spreadsheet where each person name assigned to the task randomly according to the repeat.
