Calculating multiple COUNTIF columns to calculate a percentage out of 100?

I am putting together a spreadsheet to track whether evidence for a professional portfolio has been completed, using a tick box to mark once a piece of evidence has been completed for that criteria and then calculating what percentage has been completed out of 100. Some criteria needs to be evidenced twice, some only need to be evidence once. I have done this previously and used a COUNTIF/COUNTA formula to calculate which boxes have been checked out of the total. However, I can't seem to work out how to do this when having two columns with differing numbers of checkboxes.

I have included a screenshot of the sheet. At present the formula is just calculating the number of checked boxes in column C. How do I include column D in this formula and have it calculate total percentage out of 100?

I have tried to explain as best as I can, help!
