Duplicate field below table

Please see the wdit below.

Hi All, I am trying to create a form based on a table I have. ( I am using the word "form" loosely, could be a template)

There is a table with property information anywhere 2-20 properties, and each sheet is a property. I have the property information below the table, and I think it is the address.... To the right of the property information, I have an amount with payment amount and balance or credit due.

I created the 1st one. The persons name is in the drop-down, and the relevant fields are referenced using xlookup. The form takes about 5 rows of spac, and then I want an empty row and page/print break. Followed by the second in the table. Hopefully, it can stop based on the number of persons on the table.

Is there a quick way to do this? Otherwise, I will just copy and paste the template for each tenant?

Thanks

Edit: I have added a link. The link shows the opposite of what I want to accomplish. I have the table to the right , but I want to copy the rows A1:C6 every interval and A2 I want to reference E7:E11.

Opposite of the link (https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/3661-excel-return-value-every-nth-row.html)
