Cutting and pasting rows

I had a heavy databook which had job codes. But few of the codes were of similar nature.

Eg:

Cell A1, A10, A15, A19 etc were similar codes. I color coded them.

Now, I wanted them to be stacked one below the other, meaning

Code in A10 to be cut and pasted in A10, code in A15 to be cut and pasted in A3 and so on.

Is there any shortcut where i can stack them together without manually cutting pasting each row? The schedule was till column TP and the whole row had to be combined together.

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Strangely, I am unable to post a sample image. But I would be happy to provide more detail if needed.
