How to produce an ethical, technical clothing garment

I am looking for suitable manufacturers who could assist with developing a high-quality, waterproof prototype garment. I’m keen to work with an experienced manufacturer who aligns with strong ethical and social responsibility standards. I live in New Zealand but am happy with international dealings as long as they can prove they are ethical.
