subpoenaed as a witness but disabled

Location: Ohio

My city is prosecuting the lady that rear ended my car because she didn’t have a license or insurance.

I received a subpoena for me to testify as a witness. However, I am legally disabled, on SSDI, with my disability being Panic disorder/anxiety. You can imagine how much stress and anxiety this is already causing me. I didn’t even file in small claims court over the damages to my car because I don’t want the stress and anxiety of having to testify. But now I am being forced to go over something that doesn’t even benefit me.

Is there any chance I could contact the court and explain my situation? Perhaps I could call into court or provide a written testimony? I was able to do court over the telephone for my SSDI case, so IDK if that is an option in most courts or not. Thanks in advance.
