Are there any long-term side effects to using very intense lip plumpers daily?

I just got the VT Reedle Shot Lip Plumper Expert today, and it is the most intense lip plumper I've ever used by a long shot. I thought the TonyMoly x Squishmallows Spicy Wasabi lip plumper was super spicy (it's spicier than Too Faced Lip Injection Maximum Plump IME), but VT burns two times more! It definitely makes my lips look way larger than anything I've ever used, but it also makes my pale grayish-pink lips dark red! And unlike any other lip plumpers I ever used, it provides an extreme stinging sensation rather than a typical burning or cooling sensation. It feels like having microneedles and ghost peppers in my lips!

Which has me wondering, is it safe to use the VT Reedle Shot Expert lip plumper everyday I wear makeup? If I reapply it twice a day, will it ruin my lips in the long run?

On a side note, I wanted to buy the Polite Society B.I.G. Mouth XL Plump Intensive Lip Plumping Concentrate, since it's going to be 50% at Ulta on the 13th, but after trying the VT Reedle Shot Expert, I don't know if I still want the Polite Society one now. But let me know if any of y'all had try that product.
