Moratorium on building houses
I don't know how Kauai roads are going to run smoothly without gridlock.
Just saw all those new places behind Big Save in Koloa. it's insane! Do we have sewer systems that can handle this? Or is it just going to be untreated sewage dumped into the ocean like they do at Wailua Bay? Smh .
I know years ago in California, San Luis Obispo county did a moratorium on building for a few years ,and it was the smartest thing they ever did. I wonder how that was achieved.? I know Save Koloa is working hard on stopping these builders. mahalo.
