High Quality Prints

Hi Everyone. I know absolutely nothing about photography, but my son has been taking some courses and he is really loving the creative process. He took a photo that I think is amazing and I want to surprise him by getting it printed in very high quality and framed. I am really not sure the best way to do this and I saw a lot of websites that advertise high quality prints, but I thought I would reach out to this community for some advice.
