Best Dupes for It's a 10 Miracle Mousse (In Canada)?

Hey there, sorry if this is oddly specific.

A few months ago I was recommended the It's a 10 Miracle Mousse by a hairdresser, and I have absolutely LOVED it. It gives my curls the definition I want and keeps them looking nice over a few days. However, I'm going to be going to Canada for half a year very soon, and because the Mousse is in a pressurized container I can't bring it on the plane (I know certain amounts of pressurized products are allowed in carry ons, but I couldn't find a smaller size of this product to bring, and even then it wouldn't last me the 6 months). I know I could order it to be shipped internationally once I'm in Canada, but I can't find it for less than 38 bucks USD (including shipping).

So that brings me to my ultimate question, does anyone know a dupe for this product that is sold in Canada, and ideally isn't super expensive? Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and pay through the nose for it, but I figured I'd check to see if anyone has cheaper recommendations I can attempt first. Thanks in Advance!
