Cut Paste Logic Changed?
I used to be able to cut a cell with formulas in it and then paste that cell elsewhere. The formula would remain unchanged with the same references prior WITHOUT using absolute references. I did a fresh windows install and this is no longer true. How do I fix this if able?
I cant find anything searching.
