Night shift worker and jet lag
Hey there,
I'm planning an international (24h+) flight at the end of this year, something I've never done before. I specifically have a question about jet lag!
I work night shifts, so I sleep during the day. However I'm travelling to western Asia, and so I'd revert to sleeping at night while I'm there. As such, my sleeping routine (I hope) will remain largely intact.
How does this impact sleep and jet lag in general, if you have any experience? Thanks!
