Long term storage of Family pictures

Hello there,

I wish to preserve childhood memories of my kids. How do you suggest I go about doing that.

Currently, I have 1 HDD storing all photos organized in folders. I have a mirror of the HDD as a back-up.

I do back-ups every quarter.

Do let me know what needs to improve.
