Lashes hitting glasses?

So i am currently on medication that makes my lashes sorta longer (they were always kinda long too) and they started hitting my glasses. Ive been wondering if there are any ways to make them less like that. Do I have to curl them everyday for the rest of my life? I would do a lashlift but ive heard its not really worth it.
