Kyrgyzstan e-visa application form

I am currently filling out the online e-visa application for Kyrgyzstan, and the field “written application from tourist or personal application from applicant” keeps appearing on my end. What file should I upload there?

I’ve read articles and watched YouTube videos, but some applicants who applied online didn’t seem to have this field.
