Mystery chicken

Someone dropped off this mystery little one they found on their land

The only thing we're sure about is that it's a young one, still with a baby voice and wanted to be close to our oldest hen

It has grayish tan feathers and a double comb but almost no chick we've looked online looks like this

Does anyone have an idea of spices or sex ?
