Eyebag product?

Does anyone know any eye cream or eye sticks that actually work? I’m not sure if it’s puffy and dark or not but every time I get my picture taken, my eye bags become noticeable! I have a photoshoot in May and I want to get rid of my eye bags, I’m hoping for a product under $25. Please let me know. I have an oily face type too, so I’m looking for something not oily.
