Albania and Serbia

Has anyone had experience with successful Albania and Serbia e-visa applications as an Indian passport holder from India?

So far I’ve read of several rejections for both. Albania more than Serbia.

There is also some confusion about the requirement for a tourist invitation letter that is notarised in Serbia.

Any thoughts/experiences/cautionary experiences would be appreciated!
