Makeup tips for hazel/olive eyes?

i have brown eyes but they appear olive when i wear olive tops eg and they appear hazel with flecks of green in certain lightenings, what can i do with makeup to really make the colour pop and make them look bigger , i usually tightline the top with a black pencil and nude on the bottom waterline and wear black mascara.

should i try green mascara? or blues? there are some maybelline eye pencils in holographic like shades and im considering trying aurora flip
