Problem with a china southern ticket
Hi, first time i’m flying internationally so i’m new to this. I was basically trying to buy a ticket on China Southern Airlines, and i ‘logged in as a ‘guest‘, managed to buy it and at the end it said that an email was gonna come and if not i should contact support. The email did not arrive and i didn’t contact support because of the time difference. I then tried to ‘log in’ again but this time as a ‘member’, filled all the info and created the member account. I guess these two count as two separated accounts. But neither of them seem to have my ticket, it’s as i never bought it. BUT i installed the mobile APP, logged in, while the exact same thing happens(cannot find my ticket) i can find it when choosing a seat or reserving a food option thingy. It has the date and our names and i can clearly see that the ticket is there. (i’m still missing the flight number, ticket number and similar basic info)
( i will obviously call them as soon as i can but i wanted to hear if someone else has this problem😅)
The destination is
Belgrade - Guangzhou - Osaka
Any help, tips or tricks?😅
