Help me find locations North West UK

Recently watched this video by Willem Verbeeck, loved the aesthetic of the location he’s at in it, eager to find some similar vibes around the north west in the UK, first thought is blackpool maybe? Enjoyed seeing them able to photograph people freely as they attended the event/betting areas seemingly unbothered by their presence etc, are there events/places around that have a similar feel about them? Thanks to anyone who can offer any input I appreciate it’s a tough one and the location in his video is vastly different being over the pond! Thanks!
