First commute travel with my Dad

Hello, everyone. Please be kind to me. I know that there are lots of suggestions on the black app but I just can't help but feel overwhelmed. So I am here asking suggestions.

My dad wants to go to Baguio via bus from Cubao. Now, can you please suggest hotels that is really really near to the main establishments/tourist spots like burnham park, session road, night market and such. Please. This is my first time to travel with my dad and I want it to be perfect 🙏🏻
