How do I get rid of blackheads?

Hi guys! Ive had blackheads on my nose, the indent between my chin and bottom lip and a little bit on my cheeks (close to my nose) since I was about 11-12. Now that I’m older and wear makeup I’ve noticed that they’re visible through my makeup, I’ve tried the blackhead nose strips but they don’t do much because majority are under and not able to come out with them. Any tips or tricks? Anything that I can try I will! Thank you :)
