Cote D'Azur - France Itinerary

Hi! I was just hoping on some thoughts on my itinerary for May. We really like strolling through old towns, nature, good food (but not too expensive), gardens/infrastructure etc., and we wanted to do one boat ride as well as some kayaking/adventuring/hiking by the coast, good food. We are going to be in the area for 8 days. We will be based out of Nice and taking the bus/train everywhere, but are not opposed to renting a car for 1-2 days.

We have 2 days not listed on this itinerary and were wondering if it would be a better idea to split up some of the towns or add more as we have received conflicting opinions on how time we need to spend in some of these areas.

Currently we have the following:

*Nice
*Villefranche + Cap-Ferrat
*Eze + Beaulieu
*Antibes → Sun Market (optional: + Juan-les-Pins/ Cap d’Antibes - boat / Plage de la Garoupe)
*Menton (optional: + Saint Anges)
*Monaco + Roquebrune
*Saint-Paul + Tourrettes

I would also love any recommendations on good deals for 7-8 day passes for transit that may be available/used for similar itineraries. Thanks in advance!
