splayed leg chick

i have a one day old chick and there is something wrong with its legs and i’m pretty sure it has curly feet too. I don’t think it has eaten yet. please give me any advice on how to care for it. I saw that you can use Band-Aids to keep the legs together, but because of its feet it’s not really standing up on its own
