Comfy beautiful heels for walking all day?

When I was younger in Brazil, I had a pair of heels that was insanely well-padded, and not just a soft insole, but multiple layers of cushioning throughout the shoe. The inside felt almost pillowy, and I could wear them all day without that usual pressure on the ball of my foot or needing any break-in period. That brand doesn’t exist anymore, and I haven’t found anything close since. Every time I look comfortable heels up, I see brands like Ann Taylor or Ralph Lauren come up, but in my experience those still have pretty minimal padding, need to be broken in, and have sharp and uncomfortbale unpadded seems on the side.

I've tried searching this subreddit and others, but I have found no suggestions that recommend comfy enough shoes.

I'd love to find extra comfortable shoes that I can work on, and have them still look cute (because I know its possible. My old heels were 12 inches and SUPER comfy). I have also found a brand in Japan that sold beautiful shoes, and they were almost perfect, but I cannot get anymore sent to me. If anyone has found a pair that actually feels substantially more cushioned than standard heels, I’d really appreciate specific recommendations.
