Baby Chick has a broken leg.

This baby chick hatched 3 days ago, he couldn’t walk and we noticed the other chicks were eating something from its leg and it started bleeding so we separated it from the others. We gave it water, calcium, vitamins and food, but it cant eat alone from the pain. For a day or two it keeps crying and we realised its leg is broken since we first thought it was a splayed leg, now I think its irreversible, I also cant kill it and vets dont do euthanasia in my country anymore. What can I do? How can I ease its pain or help it?
