Help me with my Digitals/ Agencies I would be good for

I shot these digitals myself in my home studio (I'm also a photographer). How did I do? Any thoughts? I'm waiting to hear back from a few agencies. Any advice is helpful, and thoughts on my abilities or looks. I'm located near multiple major cities
