I went for Botox in the Uk three weeks in it hasn’t work and she’s asking for more money

I went for a Botox treatment three week ago. It was advertised as full face but she only did forehead so first red flag. Then when it didn’t work I messaged her she said I need to pay more for the top up. She then suggested I take zinc

I then sent photos and all she said is you need more

Is it reasonable to ask someone to pay again for a top

Up when the first time no results. It was just for head Botox and I have gone to many before and one time was more than enough
