Excursion ideas or recommendations for the Maldives

Hi everyone! I’ll be in the Maldives at the end of this month for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday, and I’d love to plan something special for him while we’re there. We’re both big travelers and really value unique experiences, so I’d especially love ideas outside of typical resort activities if possible.
