Would you wear this to your boss’s birthday party?

Would you wear something this short to your boss’s birthday party? It’s a daytime, outdoor carnival-themed event with a slip-n-slide, games etc. I love this dress but I don’t want to give off any inappropriate signals! People from my company will be there. We’re in a pretty unprofessional industry.
