Thermal brush reccs

My partner is going to buy me a round thermal brush as my push present since that’s what I’ve requested but I really want to achieve a 90s blowout. I don’t really know where to start since I’ve been very minimal in my hair styling and typically stick to straightening my hair or using my hot rollers (but those give me a tighter curl than I’d like)

Does anyone have a round thermal brush they absolutely swear by that gives them to voluminous 90s blowouts?

I’m trying to avoid blowout brushes that are hair dryers though (even though they’re more common and I’ve seen recommended more) just because I have sensory issues with loud noises and when I do my hair I don’t really have the time for it to be wet and wait for it to dry enough that I can use a blow out brush
